3. Quality

The management of Omnitek recognise the need for a comprehensive Quality Management System to ensure that products and services provided by the Company fulfil customer requirements.

The Quality Manual describes the managerial and organisational processes that operate within Omnitek to ensure that products and services are delivered according to customer expectations and that the effectiveness of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System is maintained.

This policy applies to all Omnitek operations enabling it to focus on quality from a customer perspective and continually improve quality performance. We will continually improve our Quality Management System and our product and service quality by setting quality objectives for improvement as part of our Management Review of the Quality Management System and by monitoring the progress we make towards our quality objectives throughout the year
